When God led me into photography, he revealed this to me:

"I have not simply given you a gift. I have given you access into a market that is inexhaustible."

Without any formal photography training, Mistye has consistently grown in her learning and skill level throughout the years. Through doing pro bono work, she learned best what suits the client. Her fine attention to detail leads to her ability to capture picture perfect portraits and moments. She receives and seeks counsel from professional photographers, has constant peer support, and does research to learn more about the photography trade. She has traveled from coast-to-coast with her camera to capture beauty and diversity. She often visits art shows and museums for artistic inspiration. She meets up with other photographers in her local city during photography events and opportunities to learn how to best serve clients when it comes to customer service, technique, lighting, offers, and pricing.
