FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Do you have a money back guarantee?

Clients are encouraged to flip through my gallery to get familiar with my quality before booking a shoot. I promise to do my best to the best of my ability according to my experience, skill level, and equipment. There are no refunds unless I damage or lose the photos. If you are displeased with your shoot, I will gladly refer you to another photographer for your next shoot!

Where are you based and do you travel?

I am based in the Greater Memphis Area, and yes I will travel to nearby cities in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. It will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place.

When will we get our photos?

You will receive an online gallery link with all your retouched photos within 7-10 days. (Unretouched event photographs will be returned within a couple of days.) You can download all the photos from the gallery.

How many pictures will we receive?

Each photo shoot varies. You may take over 100 photos in a 45 minute shoot, but I will only retouch your favorite 10. (However, I will also give you your unedited photos!)

For events, you will average about 100 photos per hour. However, I always choose quality rather than quantity, and that's why you may not see them all.

What If I want a shorter, cheaper shoot?

As with any other business, photographers provide services at a cost that is reasonable for most people while also producing a profit and fair compensation for the photographer's craft, investment, labor, equipment, and budget. (My prices are currently lower than many freelance photographers in the area.)
